The goods listed in "Square Enix Goods" category are usually ordered and shipped directly from the manufacturer to our headquarters in Japan before they are shipped out to you. This generally means that any items that you may order from this category might take a few extra weeks before reaching your shipping address.
It takes a while until you receive your order because your order is shipped from Japan directly to you and it also takes a while to go through the customs. Shipping times will vary according to the countries shipped to.

How can I return or exchange my software/hardware order?
Please contact Himeya Soft, Inc. by email at admin@himeyashop.com with your reasons for the return before sending any products back to our office. Items that are qualified for return/exchange will be ONLY our software products which have been returned in their original and unopened condition. Please note that if you purchase a Japanese software product, and it ends up not working on an English-based system/OS, this does NOT immediately qualify you for return/exchange.
ALL return/exchange claims are done by our discretion. If you are requiring an item exchange item (software or hardware), we will ship you your item replacement as soon as we receive it from our US office.
If you request a refund (for original and unopened software items only), in most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid by Check/Money Order, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.
