If you would like to return/exchange your product, please contact Himeya Soft, Inc. by email at admin@himeyashop.com with your reasons for the return/exchange before sending your product back to our office. Products that are qualified for return/exchange must be in their original and unopened condition.
Please note that all our products are the Japanese version.
This means all text, language, and instruction manuals are in Japanese.
Therefore, we do not accept return for refund or exchange for the following reasons:
- Your game does not work on the non-Japanese version Windows/game console.

- You can not understand text, language, and instruction manuals.
Also, you will not get refunded even if your package is confiscated by the Customs.
Please check your country's law carefully before ordering.
All return/exchange claims are done by our discretion. If you require a product exchange (original and unopened products only), we will ship your replacement product out to you as soon as we receive your returned product. If you request a refund (original and unopened products only), in most cases, we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 business days of our receiving your return. If your payment method is check/money order, it will take longer for you to receive the refund (10 business days).
