Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If
you have any problems when following these steps, please contact
us by email (admin@himeyashop.com).

1. Find the Items You Want
First, you will need to browse or search for the items you
would like to order. Keyword search box is located in the top
left corner of nearly every page of our shop. When you find an
item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to
see its product detail page. Here you will find more information
about the item. If you don't find what you're looking for, please
feel free to send us a custom order request. The button is located in the top right
corner of our shop (almost every page).
2. Put the Items into Your Shopping Cart
If you want to order an item from HimeyaShop, click the
or button on the item's product detail
page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep
searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items
you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping
Cart at any time by clicking the button in
the top right corner of nearly every page of our website.
3. Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your
Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a
particular item, put a tick in the checkbox next to the title and
click the button. The item will be removed
from your Shopping Cart. When you're ready to place an order for
everything in your Shopping Cart, click the button. You will be taken to the
Sign In page.
4. Create Your Account or Order without Creating Account
Create Your Account:
Please click the button in the middle of the page. You will then jump to the My Account Information page, so enter all required information and click the button. Please don't forget to read the Agreement Notice and put a tick in the checkbox.
By creating an account at HimeyaShop, you will be able to take part in the following services.
- -Permanent Cart-
- Any products added to your online cart remain there until you remove them or check out.
- -Address Book-
- Your orders can be shipped out to another address other than yours. It is especially convenient when you would like us to ship out birthday gifts directly to your family members or friends.
- -Order History-
- You can view your order history.
- -Product Reviews-
- You can share your opinions on our products with other customers.
Order without Creating Account:
Please click the button and enter all required information on the next page. Please don't forget to read the Agreement Notice and put a tick in the checkbox.
5. Delivery Information
Your Shipping Address is already entered, so please check if
the address is correct (Keep in mind that your order will only be
sent to the Billing Address if you are a new customer). Choose
your Shipping Method then (EMS is one and only available option
now, but customers from Canada can choose EMS or UPS). Click the
button.
6. Payment Information
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order.
HimeyaShop accepts credit card (Visa and Master), PayPal, and
check/money order. Click the button once
you've chosen your payment method.
- Credit Card:
- Please enter the Credit Card Owner, Credit Card Number,
Credit Card Expiry Date, and CVV Number.
- PayPal:
- You will jump to the PayPal website once you've clicked the
button on the next
page.
- Check/Money Ordr:
- Please send your check/money order after you've completed
your order. Please note that your order will be processed after
we've received your check/money order. Therefore, there is a
possibility the item you ordered goes out of stock before we
receive your payment. In this case, you will receive a refund
check for the price of the product. Also, if you don't send
your payment to our US office within 15 days after the
completion of your order, your order will be cancelled.
7. Review and Confirm Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and
make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the
button to submit your order.
Once you've placed your order, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail. If you don't receive the confirmation e-mail within 24
hours, you might have mistakenly entered your e-mail address. In
this case, please contact us at admin@himeyashop.com and tell
us about the problem. Also, please note that you will get charged
soon after you've confirmed your order even preorder
products.
8. Check Your Order Status
If you would like to review the order, click the button in the top right corner of
most pages on our website. Here you will be able to review your
order.
