How can I track my package?
EMS
Please track your package at the web site of your country's Postal Service with the tracking number emailed to you when your order is shipped out to you. You can track your package only at the web site of the Japan Postal Service before your package goes through your country's customs. You can refer to the below links to track your package. It will take about 24 hours after being shipped out to you until you can track your package at the web site of the Japan Postal Service.

Shipping fee is too expensive. Don't you have any other shipping methods?
EMS and UPS are available with us at present. There used to be other reasonable shipping methods such as Regular Air. However, many packages went missing. Therefore, we decided to use EMS and UPS, which are trackable.
All items are wrapped and shipped out to you with great care. However, if you unfortunately received a broken item, please contact us (admin@himeyashop.com).
Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped out to you yet, you can cancel your order. Please contact us (admin@himeyashop.com). You will get refunded to your bank account in a few days. If your order has been already shipped out to you, you can not cancel your order.

Can you ship my items in one order separately?
If your order contains both preorder items and already-released items, it will be shipped out to you when the preorder items are released. If
you would like to purchase both preorder items and already-released items, please order them separately.
