Are items on HimeyaShop authentic products?

All our items are authentic products officially released in Japan. Items you purchase at HimeyaShop are shipped directly from our Japan warehouse to you.

What are your payment options?

We accept credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal, and check/money order.

How can I track my package?

  • EMS
    Please track your package at the website of your country's Postal Service with the tracking number emailed to you when your order is shipped out. You can track your package only at the website of the Japan Postal Service before your package goes through your country's customs. Please refer to the following links when you track your package.

    It usually takes about 24 hours after being shipped out until you can track your package at the website of the Japan Postal Service.

Shipping is too expensive. Don't you have any other shipping options?

EMS and UPS (orders from Canada only) are available with us at present. There used to be other reasonable shipping options such as Regular Air. However, a lot of packages sent by Regular Air went missing. Therefore, we decided to use only trackable shipping options, EMS and UPS.

I received a broken item.

All items are wrapped and shipped out with great care. However, if you unfortunately received a broken item, please contact us at admin@himeyashop.com before you send it back to us.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, you can cancel your order. Please contact us at admin@himeyashop.com about the request for the cancellation. However, please note that there are some products that contain the following notices on the product pages.

Note: You can NOT cancel this product after 30 days of order completion.

Can I modify or add an item(s) to my order?

I can't find an item(s) that I would like to purchase.

Please feel free to send a CustomOrder request from our online shop. We will try our best to find what you are looking for.

I received the wrong item.

If you received the wrong item, please contact us at admin@himeyashop.com before you send it back to us. We will ship you the correct item as soon as possible. Also, please send the wrong item back to our US office (to the address below).

Can you ship my items that are in one order separately?

If your order contains both preorder items and already-released items, it will be shipped out when the preorder items are released. If you would like to purchase both preorder items and already-released items, please order them separately.
