All our products are authentic. They are officially released in Japan, brand new and factory sealed. All products you purchase at HimeyaShop are shipped directly from our Japan warehouse to you.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), PayPal and check/money order.
How can I track my package?
- EMS
You can track your package at the website of the Japan Post.

Please note that it usually takes 12-24 hours until tracking of your order becomes available. Once your package has entered your country, you can track your package at the website of your country's Postal Service.

Your shipping options are expensive. Don't you have more reasonable options?
EMS and UPS are available with us at present. There used to be other shipping options such as Regular Air. However, a lot of packages sent by Regular Air went missing. Therefore, we decided to use trackable shipping options, EMS and UPS.

I received a broken product.
All orders are wrapped and shipped out with great care. However, if you unfortunately received a broken product, please contact us at admin@himeyashop.com before you send it back to us.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, you can cancel your order. Please contact us at admin@himeyashop.com about the request for the cancellation. However, please note that there are some products that contain one of the following notices on the product page.
Note: You can NOT cancel this product once you have completed your order.
Note: You can NOT cancel this product after 30 days of order completion.
Can I modify or add a product(s) to my order?
If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, you can modify or add a product(s) to your order. Please contact us at admin@himeyashop.com about the request for the modification. If your order has been already shipped out, you can't modify or add a product(s) to your order.
I can't find a product(s) that I would like to purchase.
Please feel free to send a CustomOrder request from our online shop. We will try our best to find what you are looking for.
I received the wrong product.
If you received the wrong product, please contact us at admin@himeyashop.com before you send it back to us. We will ship you the correct product as soon as possible. Also, please send the wrong product back to our US office (to the address below).

Can you ship my products that are in one order separately?
If your order contains both preorder products and already-released products, it will be shipped out when the preorder products are released. If you would like to purchase both preorder products and already-released products, please order them separately.

Your credit card will get charged soon after you complete your order, even preorder products.
Do I have to create my account before placing an order?
You can place an order without creating your account. However, you'll be able to take part in the following services once you create a HimeyaShop account.
